Configuring Outlook Express 5 for E-mail
 

This page will show you how to configure Outlook Express 5 for e-mail. Since Outlook Express 5 supports multiple e-mail addresses. You may repeat the steps on this page for each e-mail address you wish to use.
 

1. Start Outlook Express 5

(Use the desktop icon if you have one or click "Start", "Programs", "Internet Explorer", "Outlook Express"

If a "Browse for Folder" window appears then click the "Ok" button.

If the "Outlook Express Wizard" appears then click "Cancel". You may start it later from the File menu.


2. Open the Internet Accounts manager...

Click the "Tools' menu and choose "Accounts".

Notice that the Windows has four tabs. Click the "Mail" tab. Click the "Add" button and choose "Mail".

3. The Internet Connection Wizard

This starts the Internet Connection Wizard. Each window will prompt you for information. Fill in each blank as prompted with the following information, click "Next" when finished to move on to the next item:

Internet Mail Account Name

A name you will recognize for mail

pop3.kua.net


Note: username and password are case sensitive and must be in lowercase!
